Dr. Antuela Tako – Principal Investigator
The Principal Investigator of the Phase II SIMTEGR8 project is Dr. Antuela Tako.
Antuela is a Senior Lecturer in Operational Research and Leader of the Simulation Practices Research Interest Group at the School of Business and Economics, Loughborough University. Antuela is an expert in facilitated simulation modelling and is co-founder of the PartiSim approach (www.partisim.org.uk). Amongst others, Antuela’s research focuses on facilitated and participative simulation modelling.
In her research, she looks at how simulation models can be used in a collaborative and facilitated workshop and how clients and service users can be involved in learning about and improving their services. Her research has appeared in the European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Decision Support Systems and BMJ Quality and Safety. Antuela is also a member of the EPSRC Peer Review College, UK and Associate Fellow of the UK’s Operational Research Society (AFORS).
Dr. Anastasia Gogi – Research Associate
The Research Associate of the SIMTEGR8 project is Dr. Anastasia Gogi. Anastasia holds a PhD in Operational Research from Loughborough University (2016).
Her research interests include: behavioural operational research (BOR), facilitated simulation modelling, visual decision practice and healthcare modelling.
